Darren Will,

Darren started in the jewelry business right after finishing high school. He then attended the Gemological Institute of America in Santa Monica to become a Graduate Gemologist. Darren crafted his skills as a goldsmith by working next to his father and Will Jewelers founder Donald Will, and now spends most of his time at the work bench. Darren is President and Manager of the Illinois Road location of Will Jewelers. Darren loves all outdoor activities, and spending time with his wife Sherri and their two children.

Dean Will,

Dean worked for the family business throughout high school, and soon after graduation attended Gem City College in Quincy, Illinois, for Jewelry Repair and Design. Within a year of completing that degree he headed west to Santa Monica, California for a Resident Graduate degree in Gemology at the Gemological Institute of America. Dean loves spending time with his two daughters, and enjoys time at the lake fishing and boating.

Doug Will, Graduate Gemologist-Appraiser

Doug has been with Will Jewelers since reaching driving age at 16. Growing up in the family business, his interest in gemstones began at an early age. Doug graduated from the Gemological Institute of America in 1984 with a resident Graduate Gemologist diploma. He is now in charge of our gem laboratory, our head appraiser, and diamond buyer. Doug is married to Dawn Will and has two daughters.

Dixie Will Clark, Sales Manager

Dixie is the youngest of the Will family, and grew up in the jewelry business, working in the store before she could drive. After she married, Dixie moved away for a short time while her husband was in the Navy. She returned to Fort Wayne in full force, completing her Accredited Jewelry Professional, Diamond Essentials, Diamonds and Diamond Grading diplomas from the Gemological Institute of America. She is currently working as Inventory Manager, Merchandise Buyer, and Sales Associate. Dixie enjoys free time with her husband and two sons. Together, they enjoy the outdoors and family vacations. She especially likes hiking and reading.

Dawn Will,
Sales Associate

Dawn started working for Will Jewelers in 1998 as a sales associate. She is currently still in sales, and helps with buying and stocking merchandise. Dawn loves helping a customer find the right piece of jewelry, and gets a lot of satisfaction from the experience. Dawn enjoys shopping and cooking in her free time, in addition to spending time with her family and many friends. She is married to Doug Will, and has two beautiful daughters.

Dale Will, Goldsmith-Gemologist

Dale has been working for Will Jewelers for over 30 years. He attended St. Francis University for business management. He also attended the Gemological Institute of America for goldsmithing and gemology. Dale also has a background in jewelry manufacturing and design. One of his favorite tasks at Will’s is taking a ring that has been worn for decades and breathing new life into it as the item is completely refurbished to better than new. He understands how much such a piece can mean to a customer. “I feel privileged to get up every day and do what I do,” says Dale. In his time off he loves to fish, and take his bird dog buddy on trips to enjoy hunting in America’s remaining wide, open spaces. Dale’s wife, Susan, is a special needs teacher who has helped out over the years in the family business. They have two daughters.
