Quality of Items Sold:
All items sold by Will Jewelers are new, not pre-owned or used. Will Jewelers also prides itself in working with some of the most exquisite jewelry manufacturers available. The items we sell are of very high quality in finish, design and materials. The way we represent the item on our website is consistent with the item you will receive. Also, Will Jewelers protects its customers by only selling items it is authorized to sell by the manufacturer. This is particularly important for watches. Our customers are assured that any watch purchased from us is fully guaranteed by the manufacturer, and not by a third party.

Will Jewelers strives to give its customers a combination of value, beauty, and a high level of customer service. We will always do our part to stay on top of jewelry and watch trends so our customers can find their shopping experience with us fulfilling and exceptional.
To return purchased Merchandise for refund, store credit or exchange, please make sure that the Merchandise is not worn or used. Please send back the Merchandise, its associated receipt, all boxes, any enclosed brochures, certificates or other reports that may have been included with the Merchandise, warranty documents, or any parts associated with the purchased Merchandise (for example, bracelet links that were removed for proper fit). Please note: If you plan on returning Merchandise, do not remove the tag that says “NOT RETURNABLE IF TAG IS REMOVED” If this tag is removed, the Merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. We take very seriously our promise to customers that merchandise they purchase from us is new and has not been worn. As such, we must ensure that we can continue giving this promise to our customers.
Full refunds for returned Merchandise are permitted to the Original Purchaser within a seven (7) day period from the time the Merchandise is received by the customer. (The postmark on the returned goods must be within seven (7) days of said Merchandise’s original receipt date.) The refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment to Will Jewelers. In the event that a check or cash was used to pay for the Merchandise, the refund will be issued in the form of a check from Will Jewelers to the Original Purchaser. Please allow 30 days for refund in the form of company check.
Merchandise not returned within seven (7) days as noted above, or given as a gift and returned by someone other than the Original Purchaser, will only be accepted for exchange or store credit within 14 days of said Merchandise’s original receipt date. Such Merchandise cannot be returned for a refund. Please note: If the tag reading “NOT RETURNABLE IF TAG IS REMOVED” is removed from the Merchandise, the item cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
Merchandise cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged for store credit if:
- the tag reading “NOT RETURNABLE IF TAG IS REMOVED” is removed;
- the Merchandise was engraved, sized, or worn;
- the Merchandise was modified in any way;
- the Merchandise was custom designed or special ordered; or if
- the Merchandise was sold as part of a promotion, sale, or as a final offer.

When returning Merchandise, please be sure to include your original receipt, and all items requested above. Also, please enclose the following information with the Merchandise: your full name, address, daytime phone number, and email address to ensure that refund or exchange is credited appropriately.
